We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable CSR to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is willing to support team operations wherever needed.
Job Responsibilities

Learn and perform duties across all customer service representative (CSR) accounts

Provide coverage for CSR desks during absences (illness, vacation, etc.)

Support the Office Supervisor with research and special projects as needed

Assist in maintaining smooth daily operations within the department

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude toward change

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working knowledge of Freeport computer systems preferred
Preferred Experience

Previous customer service experience required

Prior lead or supervisory experience is a plus
