Compass Truck Sales is hiring an Entry-Level Parts Assistant to support the parts department and service team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, dependable, and willing to learn. You will help keep the shop running smoothly by supporting technicians and service writers.Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory
- Pull and stage parts for technicians
- Assist with parts delivery to the shop floor
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Support service writers with daily tasks
- Keep parts area clean and organized
- Assist with returns and warranty parts
- General shop support as needed
- Communicate with vendors when directed
Qualifications
- Entry-level (experience helpful but not required)
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
