Executive Coordinator - Personal Assistant
Full-Time | Nashville, TN | $20/hour + PTO + Travel Opportunities
We're looking for someone who is incredibly organized, and hungry to learn. This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, and executive support. There is also the opportunity to grow into a larger marketing/social media content role over time.
You'll work directly with an internationally recognized implant dentist/educator, organizing projects, scheduling, coordinating and traveling to educational events across the U.S. and internationally.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, keep documents and digital files meticulously organized
- Coordinate travel, venue bookings, and catering arrangements when needed
- Coordinate speaking engagements, mentorships, symposiums, and crash course events
- Communicate professionally with doctors and dental professionals across the US and internationally.
- Coordinate website updates with our marketing team
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and special projects
- Help ensure deadlines are never missed
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Extremely organized (are you someone who color-codes your calendar?)
- Friendly, positive, professional, and easy to work with
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating high levels of professionalism at all times.
- Comfortable learning dental terminology (no experience necessary!)
- Comfortable in a surgical environment
- Excited to wear multiple hats and gain real-world experience.
- Self-motivated
