We’re looking for a Quality Control Team Member to join our manufacturing team and help ensure we continue delivering high-quality products to our customers. This role is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who wants to grow their skills and learn more about quality processes.
The right person will be detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. Previous quality control experience is helpful but not required! We’re willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet customer and company quality standards.
- Measure parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment (training provided).
- Compare finished products to customer drawings and specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns.
- Work with production teams to solve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Assist with internal quality audits and continuous improvement projects.
- Help update inspection standards and quality procedures as needed.
- Help with hands-on production work when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous quality control or inspection experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Experience reading blueprints, customer drawings, or technical specifications is helpful but can be learned on the job.
Schedule
- First Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Overtime may be required.
