Grill Cook / Catering Cook / Prep Cook
Full‑Time Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
(Occasional evenings or weekends for events)
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled kitchen team member to support our daily operations, catering production, and grill station. This role is fast‑paced, hands‑on, and essential to delivering consistent, high‑quality food.
Responsibilities
- Grill meats, seafood, and vegetables to order
- Prepare large‑batch catering items and package orders
- Complete daily prep: chopping, portioning, sauces, sides
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food‑safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience as a grill cook, line cook, or prep cook preferred
- Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented

- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for catering or events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
