Overview:
Apricity is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across our contract packaging and residential treatment services. This role is responsible for generating new business, strengthening existing relationships, and supporting the successful onboarding of new partners. You’ll work closely with leadership to align sales, marketing, and operational efforts with the company’s growth goals.
This role suits someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and values being part of a supportive, highly collaborative team. Compensation includes a base salary determined by experience and qualifications, plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Apricity Contract Packaging and Apricity Residential Treatment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources
- Conduct outreach, including cold calling and follow-ups
- Attend and present on Apricity at events, conferences, and customer-facing opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to develop business plans and sales strategies
- Support and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Manage RFQs, customer documentation, and sales reporting
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions
- Coordinate onboarding of new partners across packaging and clinical services
- Ensure internal teams have clear, accurate customer and project information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success generating and closing new business
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- High level of professionalism and ability to represent the organization externally
- Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant sales software.
