Customer Service Associates help ensure visitors have a memorable visit at the GRPM through an efficient ticketing process, excellent customer service, and assistance with inquiries. You will also be responsible for the daily operation of the ticketing desk, the Spillman Carousel, special exhibit galleries and more. You will ensure visitors have the best experience possible. This position receives daily tasks and guidance from the Customer Service Leads but directly reports to the Customer Service Manager.
FLSA Status: Part-Time/Hourly, Non-exempt
Hours: Part-time up to 29.0 hrs/wk. Weekdays, weekends, some evenings, and holidays are required.
Compensation: Starting at $15.40 per hour (.50 after 90 days and again after 1 year)
This is a three-day-per-week position that requires availability for one or two weekend days (Saturday, Sunday, or both), depending on scheduling needs.
