Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities

Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist

Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Home health experience is a plus, but not required
