About us
Situated on a knoll at the entrance to Zion Canyon, less than three miles from the south entrance to the park, with outstanding amenities, Hotel De Novo is truly the place to stay when visiting Zion National Park.
Hotel De Novo is the newest property in Springdale and was recently opened after 18 months of renovations. We have majestic views from all or our 70 rooms and our infinity edge pool. Anu Restaurant and Wilder Lounge will be opening in early August and we will be able to host large events with the addition of our ballroom. Each of the rooms feature modern furniture and décor, have its own patio or balcony with incredible views in every direction at any season of the year.
Here at Hotel De Novo we are looking for a responsible, hard-working employee that is dedicated and reliable. This position is apart-time position in the evening and weekends (Fri and Sat). The ideal candidate would have some flexibility, knowledge of Zion and the surrounding areas, and reliable transportation.
Daily job responsibilities include:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities, and the local area
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Maintain reception desk, lobby, and restroom cleanliness
