What We Seek:
- Valid MA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License REQUIRED
- 2+ years Vehicle Damage Appraiser Experience Preferred (will consider 6+ Months Exp w/ Valid Appraiser License)
- Will Consider a Licensed Motor Vehicle Insurance Adjuster
- Good Computer skills
- Experience using CCC ONE and Mitchell Software is a Plus but not required
- I-CAR Gold or Platinum Certified Preferred (Gold-Completed I-CAR Pro-Levels 1-2, Platinum-Completed I-CAR Pro-Levels 1-3)
- Any OEM/Manufacturer Certifications are a big Plus
- Must be efficient, thorough, and detailed with estimates
- Good Time Management skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated
