Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: La Verne, CA 91750
Duration: Full-Time
Reports to: Foreman. An operator should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate machines to perform tasks
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Prepare a test run to check if the machine produces output according to specifications
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Check output periodically to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Supervise the machines while they perform their tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Maintain activity logs
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator
- Skills in operating machinery and tooling as well as measurement tools (callipers, micrometre, etc.)
- Understanding of production procedures
- Observance of health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and manuals
- Computer savvy with a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
- Teamwork and communication skills
