Responsibilities;
Opens and closes the building (s) on a daily basis
Sets-up and takes down rooms for events as required
Floor Care- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping
Surface Care- Dusting, sanitizing, glass, mirror/window cleaning
Waste Removal- Take out garbage/recycling organic materials
Completes weekly and monthly inspections to maintain compliance with OSHA standard
Responds to radio calls as needed
Light Maintenance
Qualifications;
Custodial experience is helpful
Strong work ethic
Available Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM M-F
