Videographer / Video Editor (Full-Time)

About Us
C&C Outdoor Power Equipment is a Outdoor Power Equipment dealership based in Brookville, OH. We're building out our video presence and looking for someone to own it end to end.
The Role
We're hiring a full-time videographer/editor to be the person behind our camera and in our edit bay. You'll shoot and cut a weekly vlog-style series (one to two episodes per week) plus a steady stream of product review videos that make up the rest of the schedule.
This is a hands-on, one-person-shop kind of job. You'll be involved from concept through final export, and your work will be the primary way customers see our brand. If you like variety, own your gear, and take pride in a clean edit, this is a good fit.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit 1–2 vlog-style videos per week
- Film and edit product review videos to fill the remainder of the weekly content schedule
- Handle lighting, framing, and audio capture on set
- Edit footage into finished videos: color correction, audio mixing, music, graphics, and captions
- Manage footage organization, file backups, and project archives
- Collaborate on video concepts, scripts, and shot lists
- Deliver finished videos on deadline and formatted for [YouTube / Instagram / TikTok / our website]
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated professional experience shooting and editing video (please include a reel or portfolio — applications without one won't be considered)
- Your own camera gear, including camera body, lenses, audio equipment, and basic lighting. We do have a large selection of camera gear that you will also have access too.
- Strong editing skills in [Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve] or equivalent
- A solid eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
- Comfort working independently and managing your own project timelines
- Reliable, on time, and able to hit a consistent weekly publishing schedule
Nice to Have
- Experience with product/commercial videography
- Motion graphics or After Effects skills
- Familiarity with YouTube best practices (thumbnails, retention, SEO)
- Photography skills for product stills
Schedule & Details
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (this can be flexible)
