Dog Haus Biergarten is hiring experienced Bartenders to join our Front of House and Bar team. We are currently seeking team members for part-time morning shifts who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Our Biergarten features a full-service bar with 20+ craft beer taps, wine, and an extensive cocktail program, so strong knowledge of mixed drinks, cocktail preparation, and guest service is essential. Pay & Schedule
$20 per hour including tips
Part Time AM Shifts
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create classic cocktails and house specialties
- Engage with guests and take orders
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean
- Restock and rotate inventory
- Verify IDs and follow alcohol-service laws
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktail building
- Fast-paced, guest-focused approach
- Excellent communication and attitude
- Strong organization and multitasking
- Clean, professional bar standards
- Alcohol-service certification (or ability to obtain)
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Expo food orders to ensure accuracy and quality
- Deliver food and beverages to guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- Support the team to create a positive guest experience
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
