We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our equipment rental business throughout the Phoenix metro area. You'll be responsible for building relationships with glass shops, stone fabricators, general contractors, and other businesses that can benefit from our specialized glass and granite lifting equipment (Liftsmart).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and earning commission on top of an hourly wage. Strong performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Visit glass shops, stone fabrication shops, general contractors, and related businesses throughout Maricopa County.
- Introduce and promote our glass and granite lifting equipment rental services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Generate new rental opportunities and close sales.
- Deliver equipment to customers after securing rentals.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Track customer interactions and follow up on leads.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22/hour
- Commission on every rental you generate

Qualifications
- Must reside in Maricopa County.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in construction, glass, stone fabrication, or related industries is a plus.
