Experienced Commercial & Residential Installer
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and skilled Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial and residential installation, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where reliability and attention to detail are essential.
Our installation projects vary in scope and may involve working on commercial spaces, residential properties, custom installations, and other job-site environments. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow project plans and specifications, solve problems in the field, and complete installations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional installation work on commercial and residential projects
- Read and understand shop drawings, and installation specifications
- Safely and effectively operate standard installation tools and equipment
- Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install materials accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Work independently as well as with other members of the installation team
- Identify and resolve installation issues in the field
- Complete projects according to schedule and company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with project managers, coworkers, clients, and other trades
- Follow all applicable job-site safety requirements and procedures
- Be willing to work overtime when project schedules require it
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional installation experience
- Experience working on both commercial and residential projects
- Strong knowledge of general installation practices and techniques
- Must have your own professional tools
- Ability to accurately measure, layout, and install materials
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Comfortable with early morning start times
- Willing and able to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work throughout the Orange County and Los Angeles areas
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
