Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This position primarily focuses on residential installs, with occasional light commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components to the highest quality standards while providing excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork
- Perform occasional light commercial installations
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, cleanly, and to code
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers, and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Fill out all necessary paperwork and documentation for each job
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of HVAC installation experience (residential required; light commercial a plus)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to continue learning and growing in the trade
