About You
- You have experience working in early childhood education (infant, toddler, or preschool), ideally in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- You hold (or are working toward) a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- You are passionate about creating a warm, engaging classroom that supports each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- You are a team player who communicates well with colleagues and families and is committed to ongoing professional growth
Your Core Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with The Goddard School’s curriculum
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment
- Build meaningful connections with families, sharing updates on each child’s progress and partnering to support their success
