Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.

Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.

Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending and serving or a related field such as restaurant or catering is preferred.
