General Managers collaborate with executive leadership and human resources to ensure clear communication, regulatory compliance, and effective execution of operational and reporting requirements. This role oversees branch-level operations and leads critical processes aligned with organizational goals. Using enterprise resources—including workforce planning tools and strategic talent initiatives—the position drives efficient, data-informed solutions that support growth and overall performance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee security operations and customer contract services for the Guarding division
- Manage branch performance, ensuring operations remain within budget; strong P&L oversight required
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead recruitment and interviewing efforts to meet client staffing needs
- Execute operational strategies and training programs in alignment with corporate standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure full coverage and client satisfaction, including coverage for absences and time-off requests
- Train, coach, evaluate, and document employee performance; provide feedback, recognition, and corrective action plans as needed
- Prepare reports, conduct investigations, and respond to operational inquiries with appropriate documentation
- Promote and enforce safety standards; promptly report hazards or unsafe conditions
- Adapt to evolving business needs and support special projects as directed by leadership
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members regarding operational updates
- Collaborate with leadership to implement company initiatives tailored to local business needs
- Partner with Corporate HR on projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
