Busy plaintiff's personal injury law firm Brooklyn seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience. Candidate must have experience setting up new Bodily Injury claims, file No-Fault applications, process settlement packages, processing loss wages, dealing with property damage claims, etc. Be familiar with the personal injury process and be able to handle their own files independently. Additionally, the candidate must have knowledge of the preparation of summons and complaint, bill of particulars, motions, discovery demands/responses and trial preparation.
