HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician in Boston, MA and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs or maintenance
- Install, service, and repair a variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Two plus years of experience servicing and maintaining Wall mounted, Split and package A/C units. Must be able to pass a background and driving record check.
