Integrity Title & Trust is a growing title company serving real estate companies and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. We are currently looking for an Title Processor, Canidates with 2 or more years of experience are preferred, but will train the right person.
Title Processor Responsibilities
- Customer Service, make and receive calls.
- Open Files, Order payoffs, Estoppel Letters, surveys, and any other requirements to clear title.
- Prepare title commitments, HUD/ALTA Statements and other documents related to closing.
- Work with Lenders to balance CDs and prepare loan packages for closing and funding.
- Communicating with buyers, Sellers, Real Estate Agents, and Mortgage Lenders.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Service Requirements
- Looking for an experienced customer service and detail orientated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.
- Highly Organized
- Strong software skills & MS Office proficiency is required.

- 2+ years title examine experience

Pay: $41,000.00 - $55,436.66 per year
