Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics and RF scanners.
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting, updating inventory management systems, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Maintain organized warehouse distribution areas by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Perform quality control checks on products to verify accuracy and condition before shipping or storage.
- Collaborate with team members and warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of order picking & packing processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying order accuracy.
- Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely.
- Commitment to safety practices including PPE use, safe equipment operation, and adherence to safety policies.
- Prior experience with barcode scanning for logistics or RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
