Responsibilities
- Safely operate e-bikes, cargo bikes, and pedal-powered vehicles to perform battery swaps across designated locations.
- Assist customers with wheelchair support or other mobility needs during interactions when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing clear information about services and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage the exchange process efficiently, ensuring batteries are charged, clean, and ready for use.
- Use hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to transport batteries and equipment securely and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of battery swaps, vehicle inspections, and customer interactions for operational tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve service delivery times in a lively, team-oriented environment.
Experience
- Prior experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in food service is highly valued for understanding customer expectations and managing time effectively.
- Familiarity with handling cargo bikes, e-bikes, or similar transportation modes enhances your ability to perform duties confidently.
- Experience with wheelchair assistance or handling mobility aids is a plus for supporting diverse customer needs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Ability to operate hand trucks, dollies, and other loading equipment safely and efficiently.
- Previous work involving handling customer expectations in fast-paced settings will help you excel in this role.
