Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, PA) – Experienced
Howarth Plastic Surgery and Aesthetica is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector / Nurse Injector to join our Scottsdale practice. We are considering qualified Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA) with substantial hands-on experience performing Botox, Dysport, neurotoxins, and dermal filler injections.
This is an established aesthetic injector position with an active patient base, consistent injectable demand, and practice-supported marketing and new-patient acquisition. We are seeking an experienced provider who can step into a consistent schedule, build long-term patient relationships, and continue growing within the practice.
Led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Ashley Howarth, Howarth Plastic Surgery and Aesthetica provides surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic care in Scottsdale, Arizona, including injectables, advanced laser treatments, skin health, and plastic surgery. Our practice is known for natural-looking results, thoughtful treatment planning, and a highly personalized patient experience.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced aesthetic injector to join our growing practice and step into an established patient base with existing injectable demand, consistent treatment volume, and ongoing support from the practice.
This is not a build-from-zero position. The successful candidate will benefit from an established patient membership program, practice-supported marketing and new-patient acquisition, and a patient community already familiar with and invested in aesthetic care.
We are looking for an injector with excellent technical skills, sound aesthetic judgment, and the ability to develop lasting patient relationships. The right person values natural results, makes thoughtful treatment recommendations, works collaboratively, and is interested in becoming a meaningful long-term part of the practice.
Compensation
Compensation is structured as a competitive hourly base plus individual production commission, based on experience and production.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, other neurotoxins, and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate facial anatomy, proportions, and patient goals
- Deliver natural, balanced results consistent with the aesthetic philosophy of the practice
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, and pre- and post-treatment care
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Uphold high standards of patient safety, discretion, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with other providers and team members
- Remain current on injectable products, techniques, and developments in aesthetic medicine
- Contribute positively to the patient experience and culture of the practice
- Provide clinical support in other areas of the practice, including the surgical clinic, as needed and within the scope of licensure and training
Qualifications
- Current Arizona license as an RN, NP, or PA
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required
- 5 or more years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred
- Significant experience administering both neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and a preference for natural-looking results
- Confidence conducting consultations and recommending comprehensive treatment plans
- Warm, polished, professional, and highly patient-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented
- Interested in developing long-term patient relationships and growing with the practice
Schedule
The anticipated schedule may be part-time or full-time. We are open to considering the right arrangement based on experience, availability, patient demand, and mutual fit.
Compensation
Hourly base plus individual production commission.
