11 pm to 7 am shift. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for this shift!
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in personal care assistance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
