Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Lead project teams to ensure successful execution of public and civic construction projects
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate closely with field personnel, owners, architects, and consultants
- Monitor project financials and maintain profitability goals
- Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track project progress
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
