Equilibrium Diagnostics is a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory based in San Antonio, TX, built around one core focus: doing blood-based testing right. We offer a comprehensive testing menu — hematology, chemistry, hormones, toxicology, PCR, and more — all under one roof. We partner with PCP and pain management practices to deliver fast, accurate, clinically relevant results that support better patient outcomes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are actively recruiting experienced phlebotomists and specimen collectors who currently serve PCP or pain management accounts and are ready to make a move. If you have an established book of accounts and the expertise to match, we want to work with you — and we will make it worth your while.
We provide full support to transition your current accounts smoothly, so you can hit the ground running without leaving your providers or patients behind. We offer highly competitive compensation for the right candidate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection at physician office and mobile draw sites
- Manage and grow an assigned territory of PCP and/or pain management accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts — building trust and ensuring service excellence
- Coordinate specimen transport and chain-of-custody documentation
- Support onboarding of transitioned accounts and new physician partnerships
- Communicate turnaround times, test menus, and results workflows to clinical staff
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active phlebotomy certification (CPT or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or mobile phlebotomy role
- Existing relationships with PCP or pain management office accounts — strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to service multiple locations
- Professionalism, reliability, and a patient-first mindset
- Familiarity with toxicology, PCR, or specialty lab workflows is a plus
