Weber Recovery Center provides care for both men and women ages 18 and up who struggle with drug addiction and other substance abuse issues. We offer inpatient social detoxification, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment. We assist individuals in succeeding with their long-term rehabilitation and recovery goals. We are looking for an energetic and compassionate individual to join our team.
Shifts:
Graves: 11pm-7am
Swing: 3pm-11pm
Must be able to pass full background check
Task:
- Monitor and record patients’ progress in order to ensure that goals and objectives are met
- Report status of residents to Supervisor and perform all charting as directed.
- Responsible for managing facility duties as directed by Supervisor
- Teaches problem-solving skills.
- Teaches clients to identify and combat negative self-talk.
- Teaches clients how to identify and overcome fears.
- Facilitate/co facilitate skills groups
- Document group/encounter notes in EMR system
- Uphold facility policies and client rules in a respectful manner
- Listen, respond, and de-escalate client conflict and relay needs

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High school diploma and one year of sobriety
Peer Support certification preferred, peer support required within 60 days of hire
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Capable of performing job description and responsibilities.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
