Green Mount Road Harley-Davidson and Motorsports is seeking an experienced Controller. We are a high-volume, fast-paced dealership passionate about the powersports lifestyle. You will oversee all financial, accounting, and administrative activities. This role manages the accounting team to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Maintains controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, accurate records and the data processing capabilities to accomplish the facilities’ objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare financial statement and submission to the manufacturer in a timely manner.
- Complete the monthly reporting package in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all accounting and title work for the dealership is up to date.
- Monitor adjustments to inventory accounts. Ensure proper approvals.
- Provide dealership managers with appropriate/necessary reports in a timely manner
- Complete all appropriate local, state and federal tax filings
- Monitor and evaluate all balance sheet accounts. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Floor incoming units and payoff sold units in accordance with lender policies.
- Administer payroll policies.
- Report all insurance claims in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Must have experience in title work
- Previous experience in a dealership preferred
