Position Overview
As a Medical Esthetician at our Practice, you will serve as an ambassador of beauty and wellness, providing advanced, results-driven skin treatments tailored to our discerning clientele. You will partner closely with our surgical and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive aesthetic care, curate customized at-home skincare regimens, and cultivate lasting, trusted relationships with our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments: Deliver a curated menu of high-end clinical services, including medical-grade chemical peels, advanced skin resurfacing, microneedling, customized luxury facials and concierge treatments for surgical patients.
- Personalized Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses, listen closely to patient aesthetic goals, and design bespoke treatment plans combined with clinical-grade home care regimens.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide an exceptional white-glove patient experience from consultation through post-treatment care, ensuring privacy, comfort, and luxury at every touchpoint.
- Retail & Protocol Guidance: Educate patients on our medical-grade product lines driving retail sales and adherence to long-term skin health programs.
- Clinical Standards & Compliance: Maintain pristine treatment rooms, adhere strictly to all safety and sanitation protocols, and accurately document all patient encounters within our electronic medical records.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our plastic surgeon, physician assistants, clinical manager, and front desk coordinators to support a smooth, high-performing clinic environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active New Jersey Esthetician License in good standing.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Advanced certifications and hands-on proficiency with medical-grade devices, lasers, microneedling, and chemical peels.
- Professional presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a natural warmth fitting for a luxury aesthetic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to patient care and clinical operations.
- Passion for continuous learning within the rapidly evolving aesthetics industry.
