Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Change diapers and assist with potty training - Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child - Maintain a clean and organized childcare area Requirements: - Experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or classroom setting - Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent Skills: - Experience working with children in various settings such as nannying, babysitting, or classroom environments - Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques - Ability to provide compassionate caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child We are looking for a dedicated Childcare Teacher/Assistant who is passionate about working with children.
