McMurray fabrics is looking to find someone to fill the role as our 2nd shift Net Warp Knitting Operator. The shift schedule is as follows: 7pm-7am (Mon.-Thur.) with a modified shift on Fridays that will be 3p-11p or off. (Every other Friday) Comfortable work environment!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good eyesight and good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manuals, and written directions.
- Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Make quality inspections and document any issues on production forms
- Repair problems/issues correctly
- Thread machines correctly
- Report quality issues
- Communicate between shifts and quality issues/problems
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Daily housekeeping
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts, walking/standing for long periods of time
