We are looking for an experienced Truck Mechanic to join our shop in Romeoville, IL. If you have experience repairing semi trucks and enjoy solving mechanical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Romeoville, IL
Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo and Freightliner semi trucks.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Troubleshoot engine, brake, suspension, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure equipment is safe, compliant, and road-ready.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Work efficiently while following all safety procedures.
Skills
- Previous experience repairing semi trucks is required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
