We are seeking a veterinary receptionist who is passionate about people and their pets to join our team at Veterinarians To Cats.
We have a part-time position available in our busy veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate must be dependable and professional with excellent customer service and communication skills. Organization & attention to detail are required and must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to: greeting clients with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, checking patients in & out, ability to handle payments and financial issues, assist with prescription foods/medications, maintaining detailed medical records and responsible for end of day procedures. Strong understanding of EzyVet Veterinary software recommended but not required.
This is a part time position. Hours may vary so candidates must be flexible with the availability to work Monday - Friday.
