Addison Smith Mechanical Contractor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
This position may include commission and bonus opportunities, as well as on-call pay. Addison Smith also offers standard employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, ESOP participation, and other company-provided benefits.
Prior HVAC service experience is preferred. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required
