Job Purpose
We are accepting applications for (1) Team Lead position. The person in this role will be responsible for leading their respective group in safety, cost, quality, and productivity by leading the utilization of CNH Industrial Business System tools and techniques. Results are primarily achieved through successful training of team members, hands on instruction, and ability to influence and motivate others.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the team’s operation with focus on man, material, machine, and method to detect any abnormalities and strive to improve the situation
Lead other team members to achieve common goals
Work closely with the supervisor in setting direction and deploying resources
Train new employees to perform essential job functions according to SOP’s and other available training documents
Drive safety through assigned safety management tools and through employee engagement
Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
Ability and willingness to work effectively with all employees
Excellent work record and attendance
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
Proven positive safety record
