Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, improving systems and workflows, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring an excellent experience for both patients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and team performance
- Manage scheduling efficiency and patient flow
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and practice goals
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Improve operational systems and office efficiency
- Support marketing and patient growth initiatives
- Work closely with ownership to implement strategic goals
Qualifications
- Previous operations management experience required
- Healthcare or dental management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and improve performance
- Experience with staff management and accountability
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
