JOB TITLE: Electrical Project Manager
SCOPE OF WORK:
An Electrical Project Manager is responsible for reviewing plans, spec’s and submittal documents after a project has been awarded, and getting the project completed within the contract amount. The individual is also responsible for relaying information to the jobsite Superintendent, man power, communicating with General Contractors, ordering of material, processing of P.O.’s and billing. The individual must have a strong understanding of electrical in order to effectively assist the Superintendent in building the project.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must work well with all other employees, vendors, general contractors etc.

- Computer skills Microsoft office, Excel, (Accubid, Bluebean, and On Screen Take off skills not required but preferred)
- Reviewing of lighting and gear submittals.
- Prepare detailed electrical take-offs from architectural and engineered plans.
- Sending out detailed lighting, gear, and misc. take-offs to electrical vendors for quote.
- Prepare estimates to submit to General Contractor.
- Work with General Contractors to provide V.E. pricing when needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess all skills of lower rated positions including Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, A4, E4
Licenses: Current Driver’s License and must have own reliable transportation.
Education: High School Graduate, GED or equivalent.
Experience: 4 years minimum experience is required in the electrical field.
