Because of continued growth, this company is expanding its team and hiring Maintenance Technicians for 3rd shift. What You’ll Do:
You will troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems while making day-to-day decisions that directly impact operations. You will play an important role in maintaining uptime during overnight production and continue building your skills in Lean practices. As you grow in the role, there will be clear opportunities for advancement and increased earnings.
What You Bring:
You have at least three years of experience in maintenance or engineering and a solid understanding of CNC and PLC systems, including programming. You bring strong mechanical ability and are comfortable working hands-on. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and communicate clearly with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
