Looking for a Connecticut-based individual. Highly motivated individuals Min. 5 yrs. Exp. Renovation Construction of Multi-Family, Affordable Apartment, Residential Housing Projects. scheduling, coordinating, and supervising trade crafts on the construction site. The Project Superintendent must be organized and systematic towards the work; have a thorough and deep knowledge about construction methods and activities and all related functions; be an excellent communicator, possessing both verbal and written skills, as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with the crew & safety.
