We are hiring the following: Offensive Line Coach, in our NY market—New York (NY), with a focus on fostering teamwork, skill development, and game-day execution at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic game plans, strategies and training programs.
- Oversee your group of athletes and ensure player development aligns with the team goals.
- Conduct performance reviews, film analysis, and opponent scouting.
- Coordinate logistics for practices, games, and travel.
- Promote a culture of discipline, motivation, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in football coaching, coordination, or team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of offensive and/or defensive systems, as well as special teams.

Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
