Home Health PRN RN position in San Antonio, TX, with competitive per visit rates and mileage reimbursement! Will perform home visits to patients needing home health services. Will provide all necessary services including, but not limited to, IV care, Wound care, Disease Management, Patient Education, Caregiver Education, Labs, In Home Documentation. We are looking for a great RN to join a small, dedicated team with the goal of providing the best patient experience. The ideal applicant would be able to work independently, make an impact in the lives of our patients, and grow with us.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
