As an Agent, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. The Opportunity
- Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
- Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance.
- Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines
- Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the University of Farmers.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management
- Proven track record of sales and management success
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
