Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome guests with a smile, check in families, and answer questions about our facility, events, and safety rules.
Safety Monitoring: Supervise play areas to ensure kids are playing safely and following the rules.
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness of play areas, tables, and restrooms throughout the day.
Event Support: Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special promotions (including setup, hosting, and cleanup).
Cash Handling: Operate the register for admissions, concessions, and merchandise sales.
Teamwork: Work closely with other staff to create a fun, smooth-running environment for guests.
