This is where the client journey begins—and where client-first thinking drives every decision. We are always looking for ways to help our clients step out of the shadows and move toward stability, opportunity, and a better future.
As an Intake Attorney, you’ll be the first legal set of eyes on potential cases, helping decide which stories move forward and which lives our firm can change. You’ll review case details, spot legal pathways, and make confident, thoughtful decisions on whether a case meets our standards to proceed.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, playing a key role in shaping strategy from the very beginning. Your decisions help determine not just cases—but outcomes, families, and futures.
This is a fast-moving, mission-driven role for someone who enjoys thinking critically, making high-trust decisions, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the people we serve. Every case you review is a chance to help an immigrant step out of the shadows and move toward stability, safety, and opportunity.
We operate on a simple principle: family comes first, and every client is treated like family.
This role is perfect for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants their legal judgment to have immediate, meaningful impact.
