Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to provide an exceptional evening housekeeping service and create a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, discreet, and committed to maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare guest rooms for evening turndown service
- Close curtains, adjust lighting, and create a relaxing atmosphere
- Neatly turn down beds and change linens when necessary
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and in-room amenities
- Remove trash and used items from guest rooms
- Ensure overall cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation of rooms
- Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly
- Respect guest privacy while delivering discreet and professional service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping or hotel service experience
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Physical ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude
- Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel environment
