The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Residential and Housing Services Program Manager. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Shall be responsible for the management and supervision of Rooming House Services, Supported Residential Services, and all Unhoused Outreach Programs.
Shall be responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of all staff under their immediate authority.
Shall monitor screenings for all individuals for their appropriateness for housing program services.
Shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and attainment of the program goals for the program(s) under their immediate authority.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related service field.
- Minimally possess the educational/professional credentials to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
- LCSW or LCPC preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Five years of experience in community behavioral health.
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
- Illinois driver's license with full coverage auto insurance
Salary Range: $68,500 - $88,500 annually
