Optum New York is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our physician-led primary care team in Mount Kisco, NY, located just one hour from New York City.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and diagnostic results
Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Collaborate with advanced practice clinicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Promote preventive care and population health initiatives
Deliver high-quality, value-based patient care
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Unrestricted New York medical license or license in process
Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range: $229,500 - $378,000
